We had only been eating vegetarian meals consisting on beans and rice and various vegetables from the farm. Even though my energy seemed to be stagger with the new diet, my BODY did feel good.
I did a miraculous job at planning but not for some of the surrendering I had to do. My body worked very hard to backpack as well as adapt to a whole new diet. My spiritual strength had to support my partner and baby.
I feel like this is a scrimmage to bigger and greater adventures for our little family. Things take more planning, envisioning so that I can be more right than wrong, make less mistakes.
My soul is feeling all the warm and fuzzies because I’m super charged with my crystals and how my love for them is inspiring others.
Whatever way you strengthen you magical powers either by meditation, ritual or prayer, it is a personal journey in understanding your spiritual needs and managing life’s stresses. Regardless of your belief system or religion, spirit is real and the modalities we use to access this realm are highly personal.
Being fit isn’t just a personal judgment of your body. It really is a state of mind and acceptance or realization of who you are. I might of felt physically unfit during the first the first portion of my postnatal recovery, but that doesn’t mean I wasn’t working on others ways of being fit.
I was honestly surprised how many educated women in my circle would readily call a women trashy, not classy, or indecent for not covering up a large breast when feeding their baby. What ever happened to supporting other women? I’m all about self-empowerment and healthy living so this is dedicated to breastfeeding mothers. I hope to maybe help you to feel empowered or to gain a new perspective.
